Mr. Peter Morizzo is a Swiss National with 40 years of experience in the Airline and Airport support industry. During his tenure of office in various postings to countries all over the world he deployed a strong sense of progressive thinking and engaged in promoting technology in the service industry. This made him a very popular and strong leader sought after by various companies.
He has helped Airline and Aviation Industry and under his motto “User Friendly Solutions” he has initiated a New Generation System for Hotel Industry. This User-Friendly Cloud Native System has been developed to cater all hotel categories in order to enable them to benefit of direct distribution, of the establishment of their brand and the ownership of the customer data. The system also helps the industry to reduce the distribution cost and use the AI and ML technology functionalities to enhance the customer service.
The idea germinated during the pandemic. The Chairman wanted to explore and develop some more affordable technologies for Hospitality Industry with the aim to have it launched in the MEA & the Indian Subcontinent.
